No show and late cancelation policy

 

Clients are able to cancel or reschedule appointments online or over the phone with Tonics up to 48 hours in advance of the appointment booking. After this time, we have a strict policy to charge 20% of the service fee for a late cancelation or 100% of the service fee for not turning up to your appointment.

If you are asked to confirm your appointment with your card details, your appointment is not confirmed and could be given away until this is completed.

It is the clients responsibility to make sure they are able to visit the salon a minimum of 48 hours prior to any colour appointments for a skin test to be carried out. Please make sure that you are free to do this during our opening hours as not having a valid allergy test will result in your booking being cancelled and viewed as a late cancelation.

Late cancelation / no show fees will be automatically applied.

In the event that Tonics do not hold your payment details, no further appointments will be booked until the unpaid invoices are cleared.
