We love rewarding our loyal clients. Our loyalty programme is designed to give you more benefits the more you visit us throughout the year.
How it works
Loyalty tiers are reviewed every January and are based on the total number of visits made during the previous calendar year (January–December).
This is not calculated from the date of your first visit and does not run on a rolling 12-month basis. Tiers are updated manually as part of our annual review.
Loyalty Tiers
🩶 Silver
1–3 visits during the review year
– £5 off a birthday treat
💛 Gold
4–8 visits during the review year
Everything Tier 1 includes, plus:
– Complimentary fringe trims between visits
– 10% off retail when purchasing two or more products
– Priority access to exclusive offers
🤍 Platinum
9+ visits during the review year
Everything Tier 1 & 2 includes, plus:
– Complimentary upgrade from a rough dry to a blowdry with any colour service
– VIP invitations to events
– 10% off treatments, always
